Are you going too stock up on food incase this bird flu hits hard?

when you really think about it , it's really freaky.. won't be able to go anywhere to buy food, no power no work.. look at the big picture and the effects and tell me what u think?

I don't think it will be a pandemic. But if I did, yes, I would want to have enough food and water for a couple of weeks or more. That's not a bad idea anyway, in the case of a really bad terrorist attack, a bad storm causing much flooding, or a blizzard in the winter, ready-to-eat food in the case of a prolonged power outage (also candles or lanterns, battery operated radio & batteries, warm clothing and blankets, wood for fireplace.) Something could happen, hope the bird flu doesn't, or terrorist attachs either.
Worse yet is all the chicken crossing the road jokes we'll have to endure.
no bird flu is over
I'm going to stock up on bird seed for my pet bird!!

Seriously, I am not really worried about the bird flu.
I say I should. Even if this particular event is over exaggerated and never happens. Look at all that has. What can it hurt to have a stocked supply to get you and your family threw in a time of crisis
You should be prepared for many things anyways. Food, water gas, weapons, ammo, camping equipment, etc. And the will to survive above all else.
Scary scenario. Lets hope it never happens.

We are told we should have some form of a survival plan though for different threats. But Im hoping that the vigilance shown by so many countries will mean that the bird flu threat wont happen
