Questions for those who have tried "Lemonade" or "Master Cleanse" diet: flu shot and easing off the diet |
The diet is quite amazing (see "Master Cleanse" by Stanley Burroughs). I'm on my 4th day and will do 10 days. I have a flu shot (actually FluMist) appointment on my "8th" day. Should I do it? Any reason not to? I don't feel weak or hungry. Also, about easing off - how many days did it take you to return to you "normal" diet? Did you find that you were eating less food than before the fast? Thanks There is no point in cleansing, and then filling yourself full of toxins from a shot. Do NOT get vaccinated. A vaccinated person is MORE likely to get a disease than a non-vaccinated person. The whole theory of vaccination is flawed. It causes a weakening of the immune system thus making those who are innoculated more susceptible to disease. There are so many awful side effects to vaccination that it should be considered extremely dangerous. Just sit back and think for a while. Is there any sense in injecting a disease directly into the bloodstream. We have been subjected to an awful mind control program to enable the drug manufacturers to make a fortune. The Vaccination Hoax http://www.whale.to/b/hoax1.html... If you go to the vaccination liberation web page, at http://www.vaclib.org/exemption.htm... You will find all the forms necessary to provide exemption for your child. If you want to study the history of vaccination, see http://dgwa1.fortunecity.com/body/vaccin... You should get off the diet immediately. "canned" diets are something that encourage you to "go on" then "go off" are not good for your health. There are no shortcuts, the only real and healthy way to lose wieght and be healthy is to just follow a healthy eating plan that you will follow for the rest of your life. |
