Why do I feel a little breathless and dizzy even though my Flu has gone?

I still have a bit of a cough....mostly at night.

Your body is dehydrated, needs to drink a lot fluids since your body is still fighting off the bad germs. Drink plenty of water, tea, cranberry juice or orange juice to increase sugar level back to healthy level and also helps your body stay hydrated. Some people use "vapor vicks rub" helps the coughing reduce and breathing a bit more easier, or get a humidfier, it will help the air circulation move better and you will breathe a little better, but if any of this don't work, call a doctor, you might have something else that you don't know or can't cure without medication. Hope this is helpful!

You may just need fluids and more rest dear! I will pray for you!
I ask JESUS to fogive my sins!
Coughing actually takes a lot of energy and can make you feel shortness of breath, and like you need more oxygen. This in even a small amount can make you feel dizzy. If it lasts for a while though see your Dr.
May not be the flu. You may have walking phenomonia.
could be that there is still a bit of the flu there and you only notice it when you are settled down and quiet
