I have gerd?

How could i make a vegie pizza with no sauce,or a diffrend sause, i cant have no tomoto ,onion cheese, lettice ,little cheese little salt
Thank You

I feel your pain! I'm vegan.. anyways, you can make whole weat dough, and make a donair sauce instead of tomato sauce:
2/3 c. Canned Sweetened Condensed Milk

1/4 c. White Vinegar

1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder

Spread over the pizza dough, then add toppings.

yummmm

idk

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA YOU GOT PROBLEMS THERE

take nexium, or prevacid or prilosec

I've actually seen pizza at the supermarket that has some sort of white sauce. Sorry I don't know exactly what it is, but maybe you can find something on line.

you're screwed. you can't have good pizza w/ those restrictions.

look it up on google
and add veggies

olive oil,alfrado sauce, bbq

you are to some extent right, i think in making vegie pizza without the items you stated I think without the items one or two may not work and to face difficulties. i do remember, but unable to recollect.

What about oven roasted vegetables such as eggplant and sweet potato cooked with rosemary and crumble riccotta cheese over the top?

You will need to make your dough and roll it out for a fairly thin crust pizza. Next, brush dough with olive oil in which you have put a small pinch of garlic powder; sprinkle with Italian herbs or just some basil and oregano - very light amounts; place some very thinly sliced Zucchini on it; then some low-fat, grated Mozzarella cheese and a few sprinkles (about two tablespoons) of Parmesan cheese. Bake as you would a regular pizza.

The issue with cheese is usually the fat which causes acid reflux. Low-fat mozzarella should be okay and you are using a fairly small amount of Parmesan. Also, garlic can be a trigger so go very lightly with it; just enough to give it a bit of flavor.

If your reflux is not too bad; you could probably use a small amount of low-acid tomatoe sauce.

Good luck with it ...

I've had a VERY good pizza made with pesto, spinach, and a little crumbled ricotta and mozzarella. I suppose you could substitute the ricotta and mozzarella with a cream sauce if you like.

Edit:
Just think of pizza as another form of bread, and try to think of toppings for it as you would fillings for a sandwich -- both hot and cold. And sometimes even sweet: over here they've even got thicker pizza sliced and filled with nutella. Let your imagination and personal tastes be your guide. Any kinds of vegetables are good: spinach, swiss chard, broccoli, artichoke pieces, eggplant, zucchini and zucchini blossoms, asparagus, corn kernels, olives, mushrooms... lettuce & mayo (for cold pizzas), sliced hard-boiled eggs (if you eat them). Experiment with various herbs. Be generous with olive oil to prevent dryness if you use no other sauce.
