As one other poster has already mentioned Organic apple cider vinegar will encourage the production of hydrochloric acid in your tummy and relieve that awfull burning acid feeling coming back up your digestive tract 鈾?br>
Please ensure that you use a straw to protect your pearly white teeth though 鈾?br>
Check out this link and scroll to digestion ~

P.S. Is it possible that you are lactose intolerant and that these symptoms occur after eating things such as chocolate, icecream, yoghurt, milk and dairy products?? Try eliminating these things and supplementing with a calcium tablet that contains vitamin D3 for a while and see if your symptoms disappear 鈾?br>

What is GERD?
Seriously.........

eat smaller meals, do not lay down after eating, mix a spoonful of organic apple cider vinegar in a glass of warm water and drink that. lay of ALL caffeine and watch your diet.

Hi. Avoid eating heavy meals very late at night. Don't sleep immediately after eating. Avoid acidic food. You can also try propping up your pillows a bit when you sleep.

There are lots of other ways to deal with GERD which can be found on the net, you can just google 'GERD treatment' for example. By the way Nexium is very good for treating this...it takes a while to take effect but it does help.

Suffered it for years, had xrays of my esophagus, stomach biopsy etc. Dr's had me on Prilosec and other acid reducers. I just assumed i'd be on these pills the rest of my life because Dr's told me it was to do with the stomach sphincter not closing after eating, something i would have to live with. The usual crap they tell you because they don't have a clue and just want to sell drugs for the phamaceutical companies. I don't see Dr's as Dr's anymore, they are just Pharmaceutical sales men. Anyway enough of my rant.

It's all about diet, plain and simple. Everything you put in your body of course has an effect on it. If you want to feel better in a short time follow this exactly, within 4 months you should feel better, or at least off the pills they are giving you.
Do what you call the elimination diet. Ditch ALL junk food and ALL fast food, no exceptions. Ditch any type of pop or soda. Ditch all caffeine, that includes, Tea, Coffee, Chocolate, no exceptions. If you want to drink tea, buy decaf, but even that has a little caffeine.
Eat a lot of fruit, but stay away from the citrus kind, at least until the GERD clears up. I went out and brought a juicer and jucied apples and carrots. Tastes great. Even gives you more mental alertness and clarity. Eat a lot of vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, sprouts, carrots etc). Look up each one to make sure it doesn't cause gas. Tomatoes, although good, sometimes cause reflux in some people. Try and switch to some organic food, they normally have less additives and man made preservatives and no chemicals. Stay away from anything processed, out of a tin, microwaved, frozen etc. Buy your fruit and veg fresh, not out of a tin, where it's loaded with sodium.

If you can ditch wheat bread for a while, just to find out if you have any wheat allergies. Go and buy sprouted grain bread. You can find it at a health food store.

I'd pretty much stick with fruit and veg for about 4 months and you will be better. If you already think you eat fairly healthy then there is still something you are missing.

I lived with GERD until i read the book, Natural cures they don't want you to know about. After reading the book, i set out to find myself a cure, as yourself. It works. I am living proof. Anyone that wants to say otherwise, can of course go and jump off a cliff.

From my own personal experience....I ve tried alot of things the best thing that I can suggest is definitely changing diet and lifestyle and I ve also discovered recently that for me drinking a green juice in the morning expels all of the bad acids...Celery, cucumber, spinach, parsley and wheatgrass. Hope it helps....

for gerd best natural solution is take a cup of water crush ginger with lemon swaloow it atleast twodays two times. this is the best theraphy ok

Take a look at Liquorice for GERD treatment.
Liquorice is a soothing agent and can ease heartburn caused from gastroesophageal-reflux. Take 200-300 mg of standardized extract twice to three times a day.

depending on your age,you are either lacking digestive enzymes or digestive acid.go see a naturopathic physician.conventional medicine will kill you.
