GERD FRIENDLY DIET CAUSING CONSTIPATION? |
I had a poor diet that causes GERD symptoms but now that I changed my diet I find myself constipated more or just going less frequently any idea? If the stools are hard in their consistency and you have to strain to push them out, then it is constipation and dramatically increasing your daily water intake will help stop this from occurring. If it is not my first answer, then you are probably going less often because of a more healthy diet. People who ingest a high fat diet tend to have more frequent, less formed stools than those who eat a high fiber diet. If your sugar is not real high, you can eat some prunes or Fiber One cereal. |
