Can GERD and GAD cause?

chest pain tight throat or like food stuck in sharp chest pain and pressure last a second also arm hand numbness or sharp pain i have had heart test done docs say that i have gerd and anxiety 3 different doctors what do you think.Also weak sore muscle and sharp jaw chin or tooth pain every once in a while last a few seconds.chest pain towards the left like a u shape around breast where i get the pain.Thanks.Chest pain sharp or shooting burning gnawing like and little pressure.

I don't know what GAD is but I have GERD and know about that. Your esophagus can get scar tissue from the stomach acid going into it.

The scar tissue can cause narrowing of the esophagus so that food can get stuck there. When this happens it is terribly painful and you can tell that something is stuck in your esophagus.

If this is happening to you, you need to get your esophagus dilated to remove the narrowing. I've had this done 3 times.
