Are olfactory disorders ever linked with GERD?


Smelling things that aren't there . . .

No, Olfactory disorders are nerve related. whereas GERD is a muscle weakness. There has been some research done saying that GERD could be linked to nerves but nothing is known yet. If you are smelling things that aren't there why don't you see a ENT Doctor.
