Are anti anxiety medicines bad for GERD ?

Stuff like Xanax etc etc

I would talk to your doctor about the specific meds you are on. You can also talk to any pharmacist as they would also be helpful.
I am not sure what gerd is but my doctor told me that xanax was the safest drug for anxiety because it can be used with any other medication. still always consult your doctor as you will need him for a perscription anyway
The simple fact of the matter is that most digestive problems are directly caused by incomplete digestion of the food we eat.You can solve digestion problems by simply taking a digestive supplement with your meals.Check out a natural supplement called PhytoBioForte Supreme at www.dna911.info It is the most potent plant based digestive enzyme product available.
Tranquillisers and sleeping pills can CAUSE GERD!!! Check out this page. You will need to click on skip welcome screen to get redirected to story http://www.forbes.com/lifestyle/health/f...

Don't quit taking xanax abruptly though as you can get very nasty withdrawal symptoms. See this site for more information http://www.bcnc.org.uk

Hope this helps you.
