Is there any vegetarian food that helps prevent/reduce GERD (Oesophageal reflux)? |
My query is not about what not to eat please. Papaya, Ginger-juice. Take thick food. Do not lie down immediately after food. Sleep with shoulder elevated. Mint juice and jeera water is found to be effective in some cases. |
