I would like to suggest a wonderful book by Sherry Rogers, M.D. called: "No More Heartburn". She explains the many different CAUSES of heart burn and reflux and how to treat the causes. This is a very powerful book and may literally be a 'life saver' for you. The book is available at Amazon.com or from the publisher at 1-800-846-6687. Best wishes and good luck.
