When You Donate Plasma, Do they do some sort of test that tests you for genital herpes/warts ?

I donate twice a week for over 4 months now, and i've noticed a strange bump above my groin. I'm asking because If they do the test then I know It isn't what I hope it isn't...

No. Since herpes and warts are not blood-borne, it is not an issue.

The only thing they do say is not to donate while you are having an outbreak of herpes - because it can make it worse for you with the stress it puts on your body.

But having herpes is not a problem. 8 out of 10 adults have some form of herpes.

Having said that, maybe you should pay a visit to the doctor and get diagnosed?
