I may have genital herpes...please help?

I am 16 years old and have only had sexual intercorse 1 time. This person was also a virgin. About 6 or 7 months ago i noticed these small bumps on the bottom half of my penis and on my scrotom. These bumps are white and have pubic hair growing from each bumb. Ever since i got them they havent gotten any worse or any better, and i read online that when u have genital herpes that u have outbreaks, but mine has never changed for 6 months. I am to scared to mention it to my parents and go to the doctor.

I agree it doesn't sound like herpes but your best bet is to go to the MD to get checked out. There is doctor/patient confidentiality so they can't reveal what happened during your appt. HOWEVER, you're insurance will have record of it and there is a chance your parents could find out that way. Next option is to go to a free clinic. Bottom line is to get checked out by a professional to be safe. Good luck!

This is not herpes.

You don't need to tell your parents you had sex if you don't want to, but I would suggest you have the bumps checked out, either at a free clinic, or have your parents take you. Again, just say you have a rash "down there" , and want the doctor to take a look.

BUT, this is very likely NOT herpes, or anything else to be concerned about.

honestly i doubt it, those small white bumps could just be from the lack of washing or from bacteria i doubt you have an std
