Maybe it's genital herpes? I'm hoping it's lymph nodes..?

Okay..this is kinda gross..but I have to know..
I have some pimple looking things on my vagina...and after a few days, if i squeeze them...they pop, gross crap comes out....then they usually scab over and disappear within a few days... does this sound like genital herpes? I've never had sex...so I don't see how it could be..

This doesn't sound like genital herpes to me. Those sound like pimples.

Herpes really hurts. I honestly can not imagine pressing on one of my herpes sores. I can barely touch myself when I'm having an outbreak.

And if you're a virgin, then I can't imagine how you would have caught herpes, except perhaps through oral sex.

I wouldn't worry about this. Between your virginity and the non-herpes-like symptoms, it really sounds very unlikely that this is herpes.

For future reference there are no lymph nodes on your genitals (and if there were 'popping' them would be a bad idea and painful.). The closest lymph nodes to your genitals are in the inguinal canal (located near your inner hip bones).

It may be caused by a razor, if you shave your pubic area, or it may be that clothing you are wearing is irritating your skin and causing pimples, which actually can happen.

If it happens regularly though, change your hygienic habits down there, and see if there's a decrease.

If not, check in with your doctor. Even if you've never had sex, you can still get an STD from fooling around and allowing bodily lliquids, like sperm, to be near or enter the vagina.

No it doesnt sound like genital herpes at all . Genital herpes are open sores that look like your skin is peeled off, stings and is really painful. After a few days the lesions turn into scabs. This is not what you have.
