Genital Warts, Herpes, or Pimple?

I have this one big red bump on my pubic area, which I can see clearly because I shave.

It is red, and has white (or gray) color in the middle.

I feel mild burning/irritation.
not enough to hurt but enough to annoy.

what is it most likely to be?

ITS a pimple but if you pop it and is speads pimples do not spread so you better go and get that checked out buddie. Becasue you might have herpes.
think of who you slpet with and stuff it all boils down in the end trust me.
