I have sores in my genital area, and I've done a bit of research. I don't think its Herpes?

Because I haven't been too sexually active and I've only had two sex partners during my life time.
Some sources say these can be caused from rough sex, skin irritation, or shaving?

How would I treat this? I don't have a doctor or gynecologist. I'm not sure what to do in order to get this checked out.

I believe they started out as bumps, they appeared immediately after I started shaving. I think do contain pus though.
They are mostly right in the hole that I pee from, so peeing is very painful if I pee too fast.
The sores/bumps are mostly at the bottom, and it's very painful to even walk.

Good for you only having two. Unfortunately, you only need to have one.
If they're huge and gross, see a doctor. Shaving causes razor burn and ingrown hairs. If it's not what you get on your legs sometimes, it's not from shaving. Rough sex causes tenderness and bruising, not sores. As for skin irritation, well, that could cause anything, but unless your panties are made out of sandpaper, it's probably not that.
If it is an STD, make sure to inform both partners. You could save someone else.

If you have sores it is not a good idea to diagnose yourself, you need to see a doctor , basically you find a doctor in your area make yourself an appt and go...but if this is a case were perhaps you are a young person and you are hiding your situation from your parents, or worried your parents find out you have been to see a doctor, or you have no medical as far as I know you can go to your nearest Community Health Centre.....they will tell no one , you can be given treatment and it is free. Being embarrassed or afraid to get help, is better than suffering. If your a male and the sores are on your penal area most certainly see someone , if you are a female and shave could be just a simple case of irritation from shaving,but for either sex if the sores are weeping, or oozing or any kind of fluid...GET checked out now!

Describe the sores, did they start out as itchy red bumps and then progress to painful ulcers (open sores)? Where are they located, on the outer and inner labia (where herpes commonly shows up) or mons pubis where shaving bumps and ingrown hairs are more common? Is this the first time you are experiencing these symptoms?

I hate to tell you this...but it sounds like herpes. It does only take once...AND you can even get it from oral sex if your partner has a fever blister on his mouth. You really need to go to the doctor and have it checked out!!!
