NO herpes is transmitted when you genitals or mouth comes into contact with some one who has signs of an out break of herpes. It's not transmitted by body fluids but through skin contact.

What most people do not realize is that infected blood is not always seen by the naked eye. Just because we do not see red blood does not mean that it is not present. Other STD's are not always caught right away. So all that being said, semen, carries bacteria and if a man is infected by an STD, and you are not protected then you have opened pandora's box. And even at that , kissing can kill as well, open sores in an infected mouth of someone with Aids will give you the disease, as I said before , blood is not always visible, the worst part might be that you never got intimate you just were kissing for awhile.
