"genital herpes" did my husband cheat?

March 10,2005, I was diagnosed with "genital herpes". did my husband cheat? we have 4 kids together, wouldnt "GH" come out with one of my pregnancys? My youngest is now 2 years old, at the time of diagnoses, he was 1years old. Did my husband cheat? If so, how do I get him to finally tell me the truth?

Genital herpes are easy to spot; they are open red sores. Do you recall ever seeing them on him? It is slightly more difficult for men to contract GH than women since the herpes virus thrives on warm damp areas (i.e. the vagina or mouth), so even if he did cheat on you with a woman with GH, it would be possible for him not to contract the virus. Although this is not as likely, but not impossible either, if he has an oral strain of the herpes virus and might have "gone down" on you while he had a cold sore, that strain could have mutated into the HSV-2 or HSV-1 type (genital herpes). maybe. do you have them growing on your a hole
Herpes can lay dormant for ages; you could have had it since high school and not known. Also, you can get oral herpes, which causes cold sores, from sharing drinks or chapstick, or stuff, and can pass it to, er, there if you do certain stuff while you have an active cold sore. And something like 90% of the population is infected with herpes in some form or another. So it's definitely possible that you got it without him having cheated, but he also could have cheated. As for how to get him to tell you, I have no f***ing clue.
Its spread when u have sexual contact with some one who has it.... So if you are true to your husband, then I guess he has cheated you!!!
If you never cheated he did.
You have the evidence (Herpes)
It does not magically appear.
more than likly he did cheat, you may have heard that you could have caught it from a public rest area or something to that effect that is not true because it does not live outside of the body...to get him to tell you the truth is easier said than done...i would suggest counseling or try some trick questioning in front of a doctor...meaning have him come to the doctors with you and then yet again ask the question.dont forget for both of you to be tested..then ask the doctor how it could be possible that you have it
