Does Genital Herpes Resemble Acne, or Pimples?

Sort of. They are more like blisters though, rather than acne. If you really want to know what they look like you can always do an image search, they aren't the prettiest thing to look at, but it'll give you an idea. Source(s): Personal experience. I have genital herpes.
