I have genital herpes and my husband said he doesnt??????

my husband had three affairs with three different woman and i didnt find out till i went to the doctor and they told me i have herpres he thinks it is a joke and said i will never see him with an outbreak is this true???????

Sounds like he's lying to me. Although, he may not have actually had an outbreak yet. You can still pass on the virus even if you don't outbreak.

Herpes (both genital and oral) has been proven to create what is called "asymptomatic shedding". Basically, what this means, is that people can actually share the virus cells without having an outbreak themselves. It has also been shown in research that men tend to have fewer outbreaks, or none at all, as compared to women. Your husband may or may not get any outbreaks his whole life, but that does not mean he does not pose any risk. If he is responsible enough, he may get a pricey Western Blot test which tests your blood for a virus and a type of it. From the sound of it, he might not want to do this, but at the very least, he should be aware of this fact.
He probably gave it to you. But, if you have cold sores on your lips, touch them and then touch your privates, it is possible to give it to yourself. It is very common for little boys to give it to themselves like that.
