If i have genital herpes can i have oral?

if my boyfriend gave me genital herpes from his herpes on his lip can we still have oral? or can i only give him oral? what happens if i dont go to the doctor?

If you kiss him you're most likely infected on your lips, you should have no sexual or oral contact between each other at & during outbreaks.
I think you should see your doctor, but herpes is a virus thus it will never leave your body.
BTW: If you ever want to have children naturally & you're in the middle of an outbreak, you will have a cesaerian to protect the baby.

First off genital herpes is not curable. BUT it is treatable.You should go to the doctor or clinic so you can find out if you did get it. I would not have ANY sex at all until I was sure.
