Any healing cures for genital herpes?

To control the outbreaks, this antiviral medicines are proven to work: aciclovir (Zovirax), valaciclovir (Valtrex), famciclovir (Famvir), and penciclovir.

This sounds weird but I heard trying bag balm on open lesions helps... There is no "cure" though...
1.Acyclovir. 5% cream locally. If severe as tablets by mouth. 2 Ether: applied on cotton swabs and pressed on the lesions for five minutes on two consecutive days. 3.If there is econdary infections then treatment with antibiotics. Genital herepes is usually acquired venereally with Type 2 strain in adults. It will recur. But it is usually milder and shorter than the primary infection.
