What are the symptoms for genital herpes? |
When I was about 13 or 14 I started getting sores on my labia right around my period. When I asked my then gyno what it was he said I probably was having a sensitive reaction to a certain kind of soap. I'm 21 now and I still get the sores, i've been trying to use non-allergic soap and it doesn't work. I'm wondering if its herpes because I usually get the one sore in the same spot over and over again...it bleeds and itches a lot. Is this herpes? what are you waiting for? go to the doctor when you get the sore period or no period. just go and let them take a look might be. but would be good to check it out again. you could take medicine to prevent it if it is. has to be seen to be diagnosed so go to the doctor when you have it and see if they can tell you best of luck to you You may need to go see another doctor. Doctors are human they can make mistakes. Also, go get tested it will not heart anything, it could help. Very well could be. Herpes likes to break out around your period as the hormornes are flip floping. It is red tinder to the touch, very ichy and can bleed. Sometimes it will tingle and feel numb. When you were 13 and 14 were you sexually active? If the answer is yes, I would say it is herpes. If no, then it is something else. Did you take sex ed? Uh me to but i didn't pay attention to what they was saying but one of the symptoms is bumps on your private your groin is swollen and well yea you have a burning sensation |
