What is a home remedy for genital herpes?

What do you mean?Do you mean a home remedy to get genital herpes?That's just wrong...

I've always heard to keep the area clean and dry at all times to keep from having "break outs", other than that I have no clue.

Products with the amino acid lysine are supposed to be helpful with herpes. You can but lysine at health food stores.
Not sure about a home remedy, but if you are having a breakout, take an empty toilet paper roll cut in half to pee through to keep it from burning when you pee.

same thing, keep it clean and dry. depends on how severe the problem is. sometimes an outbreak will be so minor that you will not need a remedy because it may come and go quickly.
