Is it possible to be diagnosed with genital herpes and not have an outbreak for over 7 YEARS??

Is it possible to be diagnosed with genital herpes and not have an outbreak for over 7 YEARS??

The fact is: almost half of the people diagnosed at the first outbreak never have another outbreak.
Old Gyn Doc
yes, but supposedly you are still contagious.
Yes, it usually happens to liers.
Yes, especially if the person diagnosed really tried to remain stress free--like busting their butt with diet and exercise... It's very possible. Plus, the first outbreak is so bad and hurts so much that maybe the others go unnoticed. Good luck! :)
Hi, I dont know about 7yrs that a really long time. Maybe 2 years. I've had herpes now for 5yrs. I've had close to 5 outbreaks in the whole 5yrs which isnt that bad, and as time pass by you get even less. I don't even drink medicine for it. I am still with the person who passed herpes to me. Speak with your doctor and get the facts. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me. Good luck!!

**You sucka-
The day you catch herpes you'll regret making some rude comments.... Everytime you spit up it WILL fall on your face!
Yes it is possible I work for an GYN doctor.
Yes, I have a site I use to get information, but you can look google almost all of them and get the same thing. http://www.soc.ucsb.edu/sexinfo/...
I like this cuz it gets to the point and you can tell that it has more then just one thing on the site. :) It does get better, but it is still an annoyance.
