Herpes sores are very large, red, and VERY painful. This does not sound like genital herpes to me. It sounds more like bumps from shaving.

If it really bothers you go to your doctor and have them take a look at it. Good luck! Source(s): Personal experience. I have had genital herpes for over 5 years.
do u shave???? if so it may just b a break out also if thats the case shave with dial antibacterial soap and they will fade soon...
go to a GUM clinic and get it checked out - no need to be embarrassed - they've seen it all!
That is way, way, way more information than we need to know. Go see a Doctor.
Sounds like it needs to be checked out by the Dr.
Go on those commercials where the people say, "I have genital herpes."
