Can the blood supply in the optic nerve increased which slows due to glaucoma & ageing? |
my grandfather is suffering from glaucoma . he is 74 years old. blood supply in his optic nerve is lessing so is there any method which increase the blood supply. Is there any surgery (no matter how expensive it is ) that can help . can the further deterioation in vision be stopped .any particular doctor or hospital in the world where this can be cured. till now there is no method which can regenerate or replace the optic nerve but if there is any method please let me know i will be very greatfull to him/her.
