I'm 18 and i was wondering if i move out ok well i have glaucoma in my eyes and when i move what do i do ?

my eye doc prescribed me eyedrops that i take 3 times a day, and he's the one that found and tested me for glaucoma, if i move what do i do to keep getting my prescription of the same eyedrops? i dont want to go blind

all you have to do is tell your doctor that you will be changing pharmacies and just have your future presciptions sent there. its no big deal. and if you move so far away from your current eye doctor that you need to choose a new one just have your current one foward your chart so the new doctor knows whats going on. there should be no problems.

And be sure to ask for a copy of your medical record so you can show it to your new eye doctor, as well. (And do keep a copy of it for your records, too).

Just have your new pharmacy call the old one and transfer the prescription. Then establish yourself with a new ophthalmologist in your new area.
