Glaucoma is not contagious.

As far as contagious eye afflictions are concerned, Conjunctivitis (pink eye) is very contagious.
No, glaucoma is a build up of pressure behind the eyes caused by poor blood circulation. You cannot catch it from someone else.
There are some eye diseases such as conjunctivitis (pink eye), that are indeed contagious. Don't share eyedrops with people suffering from these types of maladies, or rub your eyes on theirs and you should be okay.
PS 'contagiose' is spelled contagious.
