My glaucoma test was 16, 3 years ago. Its now 13 ,is that better or worse?

16 is a normal intraocular pressure - as is 13. Who told you that you had glaucoma? Both values are within normal limits.

i know nothing about glaucoma, sorry.
it is a little better, but fluctuates during the day
