Does anybody know the healing time for SLT surgery?
You (or whoever) will be able to go home the same day, though someone else should drive. Then there will be prednisone drops that will need to be applied up to 4 times a day (to prevent infection).
You will have to ask the opthamologist as to how long it takes for the eye to fully recover. It may take months before the eye settles down to a consistent state. That doesn't mean you can't see in the meantime, just that vision will be changing as it heals.
