Where is the best treatment in the world for a child with glaucoma?


Money not an issue.
Filipino boy, 7 years old, resides in the Philippines, glaucoma due to pellet gun shot to the eye...

there are many fine physicians in the Philippines. why not ask his opthalmologist there if there is any other place or doctor he can recommend?
My 9 year old grandson is diabetic and has glaucoma problems. He just goes to the specialist. One day at a time.
