Question regarding Glaucoma.?

What is considered a VERY high pressure during an eye exam? They repeated my test and my pressure came out between 23 and 25 on all (and I have a family history). Mine were always considered borderline high - 19 or 20, but I was just wondering what is considered really high? Also, if testing positive for glaucoma, do they still use drops or is there and oral medication?

Current consensus in ophthalmology defines normal introcular pressure as that between 11 mmHg and 21 mmHg
The average value of intraocular pressure is 15.5 mmHg with fluctuations of about 2.75 mmHg
it can reach 40-60 in some acute glaucomas
