How long will a woman know if shes infected of gonorrhea? She won't especially if she is asymptomatic (meaning she has no symptoms). Infections like Chlamydia, Gonorrhea and even Syphilis have been known to show no symptoms in most people. I believe it just the way we are built - men & women. Women also have some nasty things happen to them if they don't get treated for gonorrhea as well. It depends on the viral load of the infection itself. Report It |
