What type of std's dose cephalexin cure, dose it cure gonorrhea? cephalexin is not normally used to treat gonorrhea --- cefixime, ciprofloxacin, ofloxacin, ceftriaxone, azithromycin, spectinomycin are the preferred and alternative drugs used for gonorrhea) i read its for urinary tract infection. Not std's ? Where did you hear its used for gonorrhea? Ok here is the link for your benefit. Go to MD and get proper help...self treatment is not a very smart thing to do!
