Does ampicilin can cure gonorrhea?

No, it almost certainly WON'T work.

Twenty or thirty years ago it might have worked, but these days nearly all gonorrhoea is resistant to ampicillin and similar drugs in the penicillin family. If you read about treating gonorrhoea with ampicillin in a book or elsewhere, it is way out of date.

If you think you might have gonorrhoea you need to see a doctor for a proper diagnosis and a prescription of the correct antibiotic.

Bad idea. Possible since it is a very broad spectrum antibiotic but take only what your doctor tells you. If that doesn't work tell your doctor to prescribe you something else. You are much better off taking a narrow spectrum drug. It will stop the spread of drug resistance and have better side effects. Especially bad idea if you've never taken it before. Ampicillin allergy is pretty common.
