Am I sterile if I haven't gotten treatment for gonorrhea and herpes because I don't have any insurance?

I don't have any insurance and my boyfriend recently got checked because he said he was burning and he came out positive for hep. B, herpes, gonorrhea and chlamydia. I haven't gotten checked yet, Yes, I know very stupid and it's been about 3 months now. I haven't had any symptoms until now and I'm only burning while urinating. I can't afford to get treatment. What am I to do? Could I be sterile?...Please if there is anything I should know. Please let me know.

Consult Genito-Urinary Medicine (GUM) clinic in your area. The service is free and your identity will be kept as confidential.
Without treatment, chlamydia infection can spread to other parts of the body causing damage and serious long-term health problems.
In women, chlamydia can cause pelvic inflammatory disease, which can lead to:
* ectopic pregnancy (a pregnancy outside the womb)
* blocked fallopian tubes (the tubes which carry the egg from the ovaries to the womb), which can result in reduced fertility or infertility
* long-term pelvic pain
* early miscarriage or premature birth
Gonorrhea infection can spread through the bloodstream to other parts of the body, causing damage & serious problems.
In women, it can cause:
* life-threatening complications such as ectopic pregnancy (outside the womb)
* blocked fallopian tubes (the tubes which carry the egg from the ovaries to the womb), which can result in reduced fertility or infertility
* long-term pelvic pain

Herpes does not mess with your reproductive system, fertility levels or hormones. You can leave herpes untreated, you may have more frequent out breaks and they will take longer to heal. You also have a higher risk of passing herpes onto your partners.

You can try going to a free clinic or planned parent hood.

the first thing is that in your first months or do you may not feel any symptoms but it is still there wat you could do is well this is were country would be handy if your in canada or the us then you could go to a free health clinic if your in canada and in the us there are some places you can go for free but im in can so thats all i can do you could go to the hospital and ask were you can get a free cheak up in todays world were this is common ther usually is a place or 2

Please go to plan parenthood and explain your situation out. Tell them you don't have no money. Now would be the best time to test. Herpes can take from 1 month-6 months to show up. If your positive for herpes now if you took the test it would show up. I am not sure on hep b, gonorrhea & chlamydia! But yes you should get tested then you should get rid of your bf cause obviously he cheated on you.

Yes, that can cause you to be sterile if left untreated. Go to Planned Parenthood and tell them you have no money/insurance. They will treat you. Your bf will have to be treated again also.

You are a dumb, the both of you are made for each other. How can you be worried about being sterile with so many diseases you may have. Go to the E.R please
