If someone has gonorrhea and you kiss them can I get gonorrhea to?

It depends on where you kiss them
i would think so if that person performed oral sex on someone that had it,then they would have a bacteria in there mouth i do know you can get STD in ur throat i don't know what its called
it depends on what they have had in there mouth and if they have had oral sex and are not clean that's what i was told at the health dept.
If they have gonococcal pharyngitis, you can get it on kissing as well. I dont know what the chances are though.

If you are too concerned about it get a throat swab for gonorrhea and if you know for certain that the other person has gonorrhea, then probably you could ask your doctor to prescribe you the relevant antibiotics. Its just a one off dose.

And get a "test of cure" done in a couple of weeks time.
