Question about gonorrhea?

im extreamly sad and crying right now because im so scared.3 years ago my boyfriend gay me gonoarrhea.and to this day i never when to get tested for hiv.im so scared.i got treated for gonarrhea but im so scared to get tested.now my dreams of going to college are now shatterd especially when i heard goarreah turns int hiv.im so scared.

gonorrhea does not turn into HIV. It is an easily treated STD by taking antibiotics. However, (please take this next comment with a grain of salt) people who contract gonorrhea and other STDs are more at risk of contracting HIV, but only because they are having unprotected sex. Source(s): college

Whoever told you that gonorrhea turns into HIV was wrong! You should get the test just to ease your mind & then you will know where you stand & you can have a happy life that is less stress-filled. Even if you test positive, it doesn't mean you're gonna die! Get the test ASAP!
Hi gonorrhea is NOT HIV and doesn't turn into it.Go get tested for HIV.By the way you can still go to college if you do have HIV which I don't think you do.
