How is gonorrhea transmitted? |
How is gonorrhea transmitted? gonorrhoea is an std (sexually transmitted disease). depending on the type of sexual contact, it can be detected on the endocol of the uterus, in the ureter (male), in the rectum and in the throat. it is caused by a bacteria and is usually transmitted from woman to man. a woman has a 50% chance of having the bacteria, but not having symptoms of being sick with it. men usually get symptoms 95% of the time if they have it. well, hope this helps. Source(s): i work in a microbiology laboratory, i detect those. unprotected sex un protected sex, anal. oral I dont know about toilet seats though By Unprotected Sexual interaction, Oral Sex etc. I do not think that sitting on a public Toilet seat has anything to do it with unless you are having sex with that toilet seat. But the some people will surely even do that. Through unprotected sexual intercourse where one partner is either a carrier or has the active disease... unprotected sex, like it is mentioned above. |
