yes, it can be cured. there is a 50/50 chance u can contract it unless u keep having unprotected sex.
Fortuality, there is a cure to this STD. Just take some antibiotics and thats all (Not any kind of antibiotics, the doctors can tell u what are the right ones)
Actually, one dose of oral antibiotic will take care of the infection. You should be concerned about other infections that typically occur along with gonorrhea such as chlamydia or hiv. You can be tested to see which of these you might have.
