Can u get gonorrhea by having protected sex? |
is it possible to still catch gonorrhea when you are using protection. According to the Center for Disease Control, use of a condom REDUCES the risk of transmission of gonorrhea, but DOES NOT eliminate it, even if used properly. If you get it, the disease is highly treatable... but not getting it is even better! ANY contact with the penis, vagina, mouth or anus can spread the disease. if by protection u mean condom then yes it's still possible but very unlikely yes its still possible to catch it when wearing a condom, but the risk is like 1 in a billion |
