If you are diagnosed with gonorrhea will you always bleed after sex or once its treated it should go away?

Once it is treated the symptoms go away.

It must be treated so you can prevent transmission to your next lover. Your previous one should be notified and treated, as well.
Gonorrhea infection will go away with treatment. You should also wash and disinfect any "toys" that you have used. This is so you will not get reinfected. It is a good idea to notify all partners so they can get tested also. If you are still bleeding, you need to let the doctor know immediately.
