If you are talking about false negative, it is EXTREMELY rare and perhaps never happend. If your test is negative after 3 months, then you do not have HIV.

If you are past the window period there is no chance. Elisa tests basically tell if there are HIV antibodies in your system or not.

Very low, like 5% chance of missing it. Wait another couple of months, and take another test to be safe.
