I need to know what reactive HIV is?

does it mean she has it for sure is it just the detection of it and it can be stopped I need to know I don't want to give my friend false hope!!!!!

I know she got tested they made her come back that's when they told her shes reactive they did another test and now she is waiting for those results ! she just turned sixteen should I tell her to load up on health stuff and vitamins?

did she take the rapid test? it means she needs to be tested again, there is a fifty/fifty chance she is negative.
