Is scaly skin on knuckles an early symptom of HIV?

A few weeks ago, I had a sexual encounter with a casual friend, we did not engage in penetrative sex but mutual masturbation and kissing. My fingers and lips where chapped at that point of time and I am stressful now as I develop this scaly skin condition on my knuckles as well as a single raised bump on my arm. Should I get tested? Please advice. Thanks.

stress could of caused it it could be any thing sorry but dry skin is not a symptom of hiv

By the sounds of it, its unlikely. Scaley skin may be excema or dry skin -- I have excema and i have flaky/scaled skin.
And the raised bump could be anything
However if you are really concerned/ you are sure you have it or its symptoms do see your doctor a he/she can put you at ease or diagnose you

Also do you know if you "Casual Friend" has contracted the virus?

No you should get some lotion.
