Can you get HIV from using the same sharp objects as someone else? |
Like razors and pins, after they used them. Also, how accurate is getting blood work done? 1. it is NEVER safe to share sharp objects with an HIV+/ AIDS patient EVER. You can contact HIV from sharp objects if the object has been exposed to blood from an HIV positive individual. You can clean the blood off but the virus can still be present on the item. You can also contact Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C from objects that have been exposed to blood. It is really a bad idea to share razors, toothbrush etc. You could get hepatitis B, C etc or HIV. If you have your own razors etc, there would be no need for to worry about things like this. razors yes,,,if they got their blood on it,and you shaved, and had a nick or got nicked with it...could transfer. |
