Question about HIV and A***?

If two people are absolutely sure they're HIV negative, and they do unprotected anal, is there a possibility they can contract it from the bacteria in the anus?

No. You can only get HIV (virus that can lead to AIDS) from someone who has HIV. Unprotected anal sex does have the highest risk of transmission of HIV among all forms of sexual activity, but again, you can only get HIV from someone if they have it in the first place.

Important: HIV often has no symptoms for several years, but someone who is HIV+ can transmit the virus to others within 1 day after they get the virus themselves. You can not tell if someone has HIV just by looking at them. The only way to find out if you have HIV is to get tested. Most people who have HIV would test positive within 3 months. In very rare cases, it could take up to 6 months for someone to test positive.
