For thoses of you HIV positive, how were u told, what happened, what did the doctor say?

I am just wanting to know when u went to gt ur results how did they break it to you, what was ur reaction, crying, shouting or silent with shock?
What made u get the test in the first place?

I don't have H.I.V but my ex gf contracted it bcause she was a heroin addict. She ran out of the doctors crying to me and then went around sleeping with ppl like she never had it. Hence-ex best friend.
