Do I have HIV if i masturbate or got surgery?

I want ask if i masturbate and my sperm goes on my hand or open wond am i at risk. I have never had any sexual conact beside masturbating by myself with lotion and sometimes oil. Also I had 2 mouth surgery am i at any risk for HIV?

1. The bacteria has to be present

2. There has to be an entry point into the body

3. There has to be a body fluid to conduct the virus into the body
